Meet Lovnish Sharma, a highly skilled project engineer with over 13 years of experience in design management. With his strategic management expertise, Mr. Sharma effectively plans, organizes, and directs workflow for his design team. He possesses advanced proficiency in industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Excel. While he excels at leading design teams, Lovnish's exceptional background in Mechanical and Solar systems sets him apart from other project managers. His extensive experience revolves around the design, installation, and project management of solar PV systems. Beyond work, Lovnish values spending quality time with his family and friends. On weekends, you can find him enjoying a game of Cricket, which serves as a great stress-reliever for him.

He has contributed his expertise to renowned companies like Ambuja Cements Ltd., T.K Engineering (a subsidiary of Siemens Laser Works Inc. based in Saskatoon, Canada), and Synergy Thrislington prior to joining Natron Resources. During his tenure at Natron Resources, Lovnish dedicated seven years to PV design and services, showcasing his unwavering commitment to the field.

Ritesh Upadhayay

Ritesh Upadhayay, a highly experienced professional in the fields of architecture, structural engineering, and electrical systems, holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources with a foundational qualification in architecture. With a career spanning over 22 years, Ms. Upadhayay has worked with prestigious architectural, structural, and electrical firms, including Club Mahindra, a renowned holiday planning and resort company, and Amartex, a leading textile industry.

During her tenure at Natron Resources, Ms. Upadhayay dedicated 13 years to solar designing. She played a crucial role in designing photovoltaic (PV) systems for the company for 12 years. Prior to joining Natron, she served as an assistant architect in several well- known architectural firms, contributing to the design and construction of various government projects. Ms. Upadhayay's responsibilities encompass project design, client interaction, and team management.

With expertise in AutoCAD and Revit, Ms. Upadhayay has completed courses in both software programs and holds certificates for her proficiency. As a project manager, she has fostered the strengths and talents of her team members, making significant contributions to the formation of an exceptional team. During her leisure time, she indulges in her passion for traveling and exploring diverse places and cultures.
